The Ministry

El-Shaddai Ministries was founded by Dr Ramson and Pastor Linda Mumba in January 1998. Its churches are Word of Faith, non denominational, Christ-centred homes and its passions are not religious traditions, rituals or programmes but people, whose complete restoration is its highest goal.

The growth of El-Shaddai Ministries at a glance:

1998: Dr Mumba and Pastor Linda become pastors of Christians in Bingley

2000: The church moves from Bingley into Bradford, West Yorkshire and changes its name to Centre of Life Church, then to become El-Shaddai International Christian Centre.

2003: El-Shaddai International Christian Centre Bradford moves into its first purchased property, a refurbished warehouse valued at £1.8M

2004: Dr Mumba and Pastor Linda move to London with a team of leaders to establish El-Shaddai London, leaving Dr Jerome and Pastor Ruth Anekwe to soar with the congregation in Bradford!

2004: El-Shaddai Lusaka is founded

2005: El-Shaddai Manchester is founded.

2006: El-Shaddai Birmingham is founded

2007: El-Shaddai Cardiff is founded

Dr Mumba and Pastor Linda buy The Hippodrome in Golders Green, LONDON. A building formerly owned by the BBC concert orchestra and valued at around £5M.

2009: El-Shaddai Nottingham is founded

2010: The next city on the map is Sheffield!

Dr Mumba and Pastor Linda are relocating to launch El-Shaddai Houston in 2010.
