Livewire is the new name for the Youth Ministry at El-Shaddai International Christian Centre, Bradford. On Saturday 1st November over 150 young people from across the city and beyond gathered for the first ever Livewire Freeze event hosted by the El-Shaddai Bradford Youth.

Freeze was a super-charged evening of outreach through music and live entertainment, in which the young people of El-Shaddai had an opportunity to showcase their talents and bring in young people from their schools and community for an unforgettable night.

The evening got to off to a vibrant start as members of the Livewire band set the tone for the evening. This was followed by inspiring performances from individual Livewire members, Divine SLK and the ES-D dance troupe along with a host of MC’s and a stirring drama.

Finally, Tom Almas (Youth Leader, Livewire) shared a compelling message from God’s Word on ‘Choosing to Live Life God’s way’, encouraging every young person to live life to the full, God's way.

It was an unforgettable night, the first of many and all the youth that came left knowing that ‘One day in God’s house is better than a thousand days elsewhere!’
