Did you know that according to the Bible praise looks good on you? That’s because you were born to worship God and lift up His wonderful name. As a near-capacity audience of men, women and children from all over the North of England came together on Sunday 1st October for a glorious evening of music, song and dance to honour the King of Kings, it became abundantly clear once again that we really were created to praise.

The theme of the evening was ‘Trusting God…Perfecting Praise’ and the El-Shaddai Worship Team and Creative Arts Ministry used a powerful combination of worship songs, narrative and dance to convey the message that no matter what the circumstances, perfected praise, arising from a heart that trusts God no matter it looks like, will always result in victory.

With multi-media special effects, a contribution from the ESICC Children’s Choir, refreshments in the interval and a powerful and relevant message from Dr Jerome Anekwe to round off the evening, the whole event was the perfect opportunity for invited guests to experience the electric atmosphere of an auditorium resounding with the praises of God.
